Will the SmartToilet fit on my toilet?
The SmartToilet fits 95% of toilets, so most likely yes. If you have specific questions about your toilet, please text or call us at (855) 434-5KOR
Do I need any additional parts/tools?
You will need to install a universal fill valve in order to install the SmartToilet. If you don’t have one you can purchase one at your local hardware store for around $15. You will also need access to a 3” monkey wrench to remove the base of your tank.
Do I need to hire a plumber to help?
No! You can install this without any help from a plumber. If you get stuck, please call or text us at (855) 434-5KOR and we can walk you through the process.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a full 2 year warranty on all parts of the SmartToilet. If you have any issues with the product at all during that time, please contact us and we will ship you a replacement part free of charge.
